	This condo is spacious and tastefully decorated, with your comfort in mind. The two bedroom/ two bath condo sleeps eight. There is one assigned parking spot, with additional parking to the side and front of the building. The living area has a 31" television, stereo, DVD, and VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, and coffeemaker. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, with a TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has two full beds, TV, VCR, and an attached bathroom. Both bedrooms have large mirrored double door closets. There are additional accommodations for sleeping in the living area (queen sized pull out couch bed). A coin washer and dryer are conveniently located next to the unit. The living and dining area have a wonderful view of the Intercoastal. I love to see the dolphins. My brother enjoys the boats, and claims he has seen every boat he has wished to own from our condo. Once you tire of the intercoastal view, take the elevator to the first floor, out the back door, to the beautiful beach sunset!
